In harmony with ALFAHIM Group’s commitment to reaching full inclusion of People of Determination in the workplace and the community, the group has contributed to the 2019 Special Olympics World Games by presenting an accessibility-enabled golf cart for visitors and athletes with disabilities.

In collaboration with Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs (ZHO), ALFAHIM Group’s six People of Determination staff members rebuilt the new solar-powered golf cart with an electronic lift to help easily transport wheelchair users across the tournament.

Etihad Airways – as the official airline sponsor of the sports tournament taking place from 14 to 22 March 2019 – received the handicap friendly golf cart from ALFAHIM Group and ZHO in a handover ceremony at Abu Dhabi International Airport on 6 March 2019.
