Eastern Motors has unveiled its new custom-built facility in Al Ain – almost quadruple the size of its previous premises.
The 15,623sqm world-class automotive facility boasts stunning Mercedes-Benz and Jeep showrooms and the very best in servicing and maintenance with huge workshops equipped with the latest technology and highly trained technicians.
Bosch Power Tools and Bosch Automotive parts, Michelin, TyrePlus, and Mopar also boast brand new modern facilities on-site that will ensure they can offer incredible customer service and an all-round enjoyable service.
The renovation and expansion at the Eastern Motors site was carefully planned and a executed so that the business remained open during the entire project.
Eastern Motors is the authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz, Mopar, Jeep and Fiat in Al Ain and a leading firm of the Al Fahim Group, which was deeply committed to the project due to the family business having been founded in the city almost 60 years ago.
His Excellency Abdullah Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, Chairman of Al Fahim Supervisory Board, opened the event saying, “Looking at where we have reached today, I am proud of what Eastern Motors has become. It is at the forefront of key players in the economic and social development of the Emirati and expatriate society in Al Ain. The all new Eastern Motors premises will employ around 165 certified highly skilled and dedicated members of staff. It also offers some of the latest technology in the industry as well as a high-class end-to-end service for its customers.
The revamped Mercedes-Benz facility includes a luxurious showroom with an interactive AMG Performance Center, a custom-fitted workshop and a brand-new parts and accessories department. The vast 2,447 sqm Mercedes-Benz workshop boasts an incredible 44 bays with 27 lifts, which will be operated by 23 fully certified professional technicians.
The facility holds the various top-of-the-line genuine parts, quality maintenance and tyre services that Eastern Motors has become known for as well as an environmentally friendly bodyshop area, a Mopar workshop and a cutting-edge Commercial vehicle workshop – all under air-conditioned roof.
A kids’ zone has also been included to ensure the young ones are entertained while their parents choose their brand-new dream car.
